We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization engaged in community development, located in the city of Chester and incorporated in Pennsylvania.

We seek to forge partnerships with other community based organizations to meet the challenges and opportunities that will revitalize and sustain our community.

We have been committed to serving the Chester community for over twenty years in one form or another. "What Chester Makes, Makes Chester", was a saying used some time ago. We are a proud product of Chester. Chester made us and we're committed to the continued making of the great city of Chester.
