CICS Inc. congratulates the DVRPC on 50 years of service. We collaborate and address such issues as transportation, land use, economic development and environmental planning to enhance the quality of life for the residents of our communities. CICS dissiminates information obtained from public task force meetings with specific emphasis and interest on environmental justice and public health.
