The Healthy Chester Coalition was established as the result of Chester being chosen by the Obama administration for the Strong Cities Strong Communities initiative (July 2011). As primary stakeholders in Chester, we are collaborative partners with the coalition, working to identify and implement integrated and innovative solutions for our better health and well being.
